General All items sold by Found in the Field are pre-owned, vintage, antique, or naturally occurring specimens unless explicitly stated otherwise. Descriptions are provided in good faith based on available information.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued.

Authenticity We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent all items. Natural specimens and geological artifacts may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and natural variation. Antique and vintage items are sold as found unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual Property All photography, copy, and branding on this site are the property of Found in the Field and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Found in the Field is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
