Refund policy

At Found in the Field, every item in our collection is a one-of-a-kind artifact, natural specimen, or vintage curiosity. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, we ask that you review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or was misrepresented.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items All sales on natural mineral specimens, fossils, and geological curiosities are final once a return has been initiated outside the return window.
